the front desk staff provided full details about the town and how to navigate it. breakfast included many options. i found the location quite convenient for train travel. the reception staff gave useful information.

the room was excessively warm even with a fan. this made sleeping uncomfortable. the lack of air conditioning was noticeable. i believe air conditioning would significantly improve the stay.

the location is amazing! it's just a quick 5-minute walk from the train station. the breakfast was fantastic (especially the fresh pastries!). my room was very spacious and clean. i appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness with local tips.

It's best suited for two people with minimal luggage.

The breakfast provided included several vegetarian choices, I appreciated that. The room was a decent size and very clean. It had access to a shared rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. I found the staff very helpful and pleasant.

The room lacked air conditioning. This made it uncomfortable during warmer days. I had to keep the windows open CONSTANTLY, resulting in road noise.

The hotel IS near transportation and other local amenities. It is a five-minute walk to Interlaken West Station. This allows for restful mornings before catching trains to different regional destinations and attractions. There are restaurants and a major shopping center nearby.

The staff was very attentive during breakfast, they looked after the room with care. The receptionists were particularly nice. One gave detailed information about the area. The staff offered guidance and were patient with questions.

Adequate but Not Excellent

leaking acunhelpful staff

I found the hotel adequate, but it had issues. I paid extra for a room with air conditioning. The AC leaked water during the night. It disrupted my sleep. The staff was unhelpful about a partial refund. Concrete drilling started early in the morning too.
